Partner Mail R1 - Automated Attendant Greeting
This system uses TWO recordings to make up the entire Automated Attendant Greeting. The first is a short recording, called the "Automated Attendant Greeting", and goes something like: "Thank you for calling XYZ company, your international source for widgets." The main recording is called the "Automated Attendant Prompt" and is the continuation of the message: "If you know your party's extension number, you may enter it at any time. For John Doe, enter extension .....". The system plays both recordings in sequence to make up the entire message.
